Contractors
A large portion of the Syncleus workforce is comprised of contractors.
Contractors are individual's and companies internally managed that augment our
own workforce. Contractors are paid upon completion of work and are expected
to handle their own insurance and healthcare.We offer most of our employment positions to individuals who have worked for us as contractors. Since contractors are paid based on the work they do, and not the hours they spend doing it; we see it as a good means to evaluate performance.
Generally a contracting position requires more credentials than the Quick Start Program, but less than starting directly as an employee. We first try to pull new contractors from the Quick Start Program, if we have no one ready to move up then we will hold interviews. Like the Quick Start Program your work speaks for itself. If we hire you as a contractor our interview process is less intense than if you apply as an employee since we will evaluate you closely as you work.
Contracting positions are ideal for professionals looking for a good job without going through the more intense interviews for employee positions. Its also a good starting point to move up to employee positions.
