Associates
Associates are non-partner employees and make up the vast majority of syncleus' employees. Associates comprise all employees not considered upper management such as the company's officers. All employees, including associates, receive salary or hourly compensation and are expected to be availible full-time. While we do offer flexible hours employees are expected to work an average of 40 hours per week.
The majority of our associates start out as contractors. If possible we first try to fill associate positions from our contractor staff. However, at times, we will also interview directly to fill associate positions. When applying directly for an associate position expect an extended and rigerous interview process.
